The final product of this Filters directory is a technical note. In the 
trunk, the files (.docx and .pdf) are stored in 
C:\1 MEE\Working\hdf5_trunk\html\TechNotes. In SVN, the files are in 
https://svn.hdfgroup.uiuc.edu/hdf5doc/trunk/html/TechNotes. The tech notes 
page on the website, http://www.hdfgroup.org/HDF5/doc/TechNotes.html, 
has a link to the PDF.
