o Added (srcdir) to path in Makefile.am for 2 files used in 'make check'. This
  change allows for concurrent builds; e.g. 
  'mkdir build; cd build; ../configure'. 
o Modified tst_netcdf4_4.sh to work with builds outside the source tree.
