Purpose:
    Bug Fix
Description:
    Intel compiler wasn't getting the proper -Wl, flag for the linker.
    This is a known problem in the HDF5 library.
Solution:
    Applied the fix from the HDF5 library to this configure file.
Platforms tested:
    Linux w/ Intel compiler.
