Purpose:
    Further removal of hdf4 specific path info
Description:
    @HDF4PATH@ not set in configure so not passed
Solution:
    Since we're saying that h4cc will be used to compile h4h5tools
    the path to the hdf4 utilities (specifically hdp) are already
    known to the h4cc and don't need to be specified.
Platforms tested:
    Eirene, Arabica
