Purpose:
    Update & Bug Fix

Description:
    Added check for SZLIB stuff.

    It wasn't checking for HDF4 & 5 if the --with-* flags weren't used.

Solution:
    Fixed so that it looks for the HDF4 & HDF5 libraries by default (if
    the --with-* flag isn't specified).

Platforms tested:
    Linux
