hdf5-examples

Description:

Renamed the module names in h5ex_g_iterate_F03.f90 h5ex_g_visit_F03.f90 to be different,
they were the same which caused (I suspect) compilation problems (on jam) for parallel builds and checks.

Tested: jam intel production env.
