_ This file is the table of virtual file layer drivers. 
It used to be part of 08_TheFile.html, chapter 3 in the 
UG. Since we want to use the same info in the RM, we 
thought making the table able to be included would be 
the best way to have one table usable in both docs.

Tested: Firefox (the content and format of the table, 
not whether the include was successful)
