Description:
Updated changed function names and added new functions from last
round of API changes.
Added table of renamed functions.
Replaced list of functions with changed syntax with reference to
"API Compatibility Macros in HDF5."
Added pointer to RM function indexes for deprecated functions.
Changed H5Pset/get_latest_format to H5Pset/get_format_bounds entries
(but so far without syntax) and related section heading
in anticipation of corresponding library change.
Added section ("Virtual File Driver Removed") regarding deletion of
H5FD_STREAM I/O driver from distribution, with pointer to
new "community location."
Added H5Pset/get_fapl_stream to list of removed functions.
Various smaller edits or corrections.
HTML cleanup (largely to resolve a printing issue).
