H5Eset_auto, and H5Ewalk.
Renamed existing functions: H5Eclear, H5Eget_auto, H5Eprint, H5Epush,
H5Eset_auto, and H5Ewalk all renamed to H5E<same_name>1.
Associated edits.
Added or changed deprecation notices as appropriate.
Added missing "History" sections for several functions introduced in 1.8.
Code formatting and minor edits.
