With this commit...
-- corrupted image files are removed
-- and valid image files are committed in their stead
in html/, html/H5.user/, and TechNotes/.
This corrects a previously-unnoticed problem with untagged binary
files in the CVS repository that was discovered in the course of
the CVS-to-Subversion transition.
