Description:
UG/UG_UseWith18.html
Add guidance for using the 1.8 User's Guide (which has not been fully
updated for 1.8.x) with a 1.8.x version of the HDF5 Library.
UG/UG_front.html
Update release number to 1.8.1.
Update note regarding document status.
UG/UG_nav*.html
Add UG_UseWith18.html, "Using this Guide with 1.8.x," to nav bars.
Remove "Selected Passages" link.
UG/<chapter files>
Remove chapter-level table of contents (upper right-hand page corner).
