Description:
    Add descriptions for the following tools:
        h5copy
        h5pcc and h5pfc (extension of the h5cc and h5fc entries)
    Add descriptions of the following h5dump options:
        -n or --contents
        -e or --escape
        -y or --noindex
        -p or --properties
        and the B parameter for the -b or --binary option
    Minor code cleanup.
