Description:
Renamed original functions H5Tarray_create and H5Tget_array_dims
to H5Tarray_create1 and H5Tget_array_dims1.
Both are labeled "deprecated in this release."
Added new H5Tarray_create and H5Tget_array_dims macros.
Added new H5Tarray_create2 and H5Tget_array_dims2 functions.
Added macro and deprecated function notation in function index.
Minor formatting and HTML code repair.
