Description:
Incorporate text regarding old-style groups (original indexed format)
and new-style groups (compact-or-indexed format) into the UG "Groups"
chapter as "2.4 Group Implementations in HDF5." Text derived from
html/_topic/group_implementations.htm with minor modifications.
