Description:
    h5repack:  Added -n option.  Reformatted code for usage line.
        Reordered parameters to more closely match 'h5repack -h' usage info.
        Began work to clarify and format h5repack description 
            (but more work is needed in that department).
    h5dump:  Added --binary / -b option. 
        Corrected -t option parameter (was 'T', corrected to 'P').
    Both still need technical review.
