Modified the reference manual entries for H5Zregister and H5set_free_list_limits to reflect new behaviour in 1.8.3. The entry for H5Zregister is modified to reflect the addition of API versioning to the H5Z_class_t struct. The entry for H5set_free_list_limits is modified to reflect the new effect on factory free list size limits. Also correct a typo in APICompatMacros.html Tested: Firefox
