Description:
    H5Pset_preserve
    H5Pget_preserve
        Added note that these functions are deprecated; compound datatype 
            field preservation is now core functionality in the HDF5 Library,
            so H5Pset_preserve no longer has an effect.
        Changed 'TRUE' and 'FALSE' notation to '1' and '0'.

    Minor copy edits.
