H5Gcreate1 & H5Gopen1: Renamed old H5Gcreate & H5Gopen functions.
H5Gcreate & H5Gopen: Added initial drafts of compatibility macros
All deprecated functions:
Added "This function deprecated in favor of ____" notices immediately
following "Purpose" statements and corresponding "deprecated in this
release" notes in "History" sections.
Removed old working notes. (New embedded questions remain.)
Copy edits and clarifications.
