_ Moved the H5Pset_chunk_cache and H5Pget_chunk_cache functions from the list of 
Dataset Creation Properties to the Dataset Access, Memory, and Transfer Properties
section.
_ Changed the H5P Fortran function names. In the current version, each Fortran
property function name starts with H5P. Changed to h5p.
