H5Iis_valid: Added cross-reference to H5Iget_type.
H5Iget_type: Added notes differentiating this function from H5Iis_valid
and cross-reference to H5Iis_valid.
H5Iget_ref: Removed note regarding use of H5Iget_ref to determine
whether an identifier is valid.
Added cross-references to H5Iget_type & H5Iis_valid.
