Description:
Change H5Lmove RM entry to say that this function MOVES a link,
instead of renaming it.
Fixes HDFFV-7986.
Fix inconsistency in parameter name usage:
lapl versus lapl_id, lcpl versus lcpl_id
Minor copy edits and updated HTML.
