Description:
    Documents written and published entirely after the spinoff from the 
    University of Illinois should bear only The HDF Group copyright tag 
    line (and not the University).  The copyright tag line on this 
    document is being modified to reflect that (by means of changing the 
    included DreamWeaver footer library): 
        Change   ed_libs/Footer.lbi
        To       ed_libs/Footer-THGonly.lbi
