Description:
Remove "bitfields" from the decriptive text in the "ANSI C9x-specific
native integer datatypes" section of RM/PredefDTypes.html since HDF5
does not define C9x-specific native integer bitfield datatypes.
Fixes JIRA ticket HDFFV-1165.
