work on getting NatTable up and functioning. work on breadthFirstEnumeration() implementation. Moving GUI object related methods out of object files (H4/H5File) and into DefaultTreeView. Added back functionality to DefaultTreeView and disabled some functionality from DefaultTableView. Can now open .h and .h5 files fully and mostly correctly. Added TreeView methods to get total number of TreeItems, get all TreeItems in breadth-first order and get all TreeItems in depth-first order
