General cleanup of javadoc:
    Update javadoc info for new object library implementation
    (remove TreeItem references and replace with correct code)

    Update javadoc links and minor spelling/grammar issues

Update of object library code:
    Add lots of trace and debug logging to help solve issues

    Implement previously unimplemented methods that relied on old
    TreeView implementation
