work on HObject, getting OIDs out of constructors and reworking them
revised TreeView addObject methods to make them much more efficient
fixed issue where closing HDFView with files open caused a SWT widget already disposed exception
revised TreeView recursivePopulate to be more efficient
until OIDs are revised, fixed an issue where multiple HDF4 files couldn't be opened at the same time
worked on making findTreeItem more efficient, since it's called somewhat frequently
