Fixed TableView issue with column grouping expand/collapse null pointer

Fixed TableView issue with row and column header for larger fonts

Added displaying of group index that member belongs to when selecting
a cell in a compound dataset with more than one column

Made row header slightly darker to match old HDFView

Add default size for DataView windows
