Comment out h5aj_check_geolocation_dimensions function and calls to it.  The function incorrectly assumes that all geolocation datasets have 2 dimensions - "AlongTrack" and "CrossTrack".  At present it appears to be unnecessary to add dimension scales to geolocation datasets.

Addresses issue JPSS-21.
