Clean up comments and simplify conditions in test_h5o.c.
Modify H5F and H5O tests with versioned info structures to work on ostrich and emu. I don't think these were big-endian issues, just that the compilers aren't as forgiving as on centos7.
Update for test file t_ref.c
Run region and opbject reference tests together.
Update check_format.sh and add expected files for reference tests.
Add expected output files for object references format tests. Modify check_format.sh to run the tests.
