Merge pull request #143 in TEST/hdf5_plugins from ~LRKNOX/hdf5_plugins:master to master

* commit '55c77f974de30a8e46801ec50324033fc28335fa':
  New test directory belongs under config/cmake/binex/example.
  Add test.sh script in test directory to buile and run HDFPLExamples when copied to share directory of installed hdf5 along plugin directory copied to installed hdf5/lib directory.
  Add test data file for lz4 filter.
