hdf5_chunking_query_bmr

[svn-r21460] Problem:
Some machines, like LLNL udawn, a blue-gene machine, requires all executables,
be launched by some command like mpirun.

Solution:
Added $RUNSERIAL to launch the executable.

Tested: LLNL uDawn.
