[svn-r10469] Purpose:  Minor typo fix

Description:  During last change, part of the code wasn't updated in
copy and paste accordingly.  It was in the exception handling of NaN
in H5T_conv_f_f().

Solution:  Corrected.

Platforms tested:  No test needed - trivial.
