[svn-r10689] Purpose:

Update config/lt_vers.am


Description:

My version number bump to config/lt_vers.am somehow didn't get checked
in with the rest of the metadata cache API mods.


Solution:

Bumped the version numbers again, and try checking in the file again.


Platforms tested:

None -- but see previous checkin of metadata cache API additions.
