[svn-r26128] - Removed libtool generated/copied files. - Modified autogen.sh to run libtoolize. NOTE: OS-X often uses glibtoolize. This will be fixed soon. - Addational helpful output added to autogen.sh. Part of HDFFV-9120 Tested on: 64-bit Linux VM
