[svn-r15905] Purpose: Remove old source files from Windows Description: The source file H5fortran_flags.f90 was recently removed as their symbols were consolidated into the H5E module. We were still referencing the files in Windows, and causing errors. This checkin completely removes references of H5fortran_flags.f90 from Windows. Tested: Vs2005 on WinXP
