[svn-r13694] 1. changed the HDlseek to be lseek64 and HDfseek to be fseeko if available, to support big files. 2. added a check in test/big.c to make sure the system supports big file. Tested on smirom because already tested the same changes for v1.6 on liberty, smirom, copper, and sol.
