[svn-r14817] Purpose: Add new Windows project chunk_info[dll] Description: A new source file has been added, ./test/chunk_info.c. As a result, we need to add new projects for Windows. This includes projects for VS2005 on VNET. Tested: VS2005 on WinXP VNET on WinXP
