Minor fix
Description:
By mistake, the MPI_Error handling macros were inserted outside the
overall macro bracket. Moved them back inside the bracket.
Platforms tested:
Tested h5committest {arabica (fortran), eirene (fortran, C++)
modi4 (parallel, fortran)}? Yep.
