[svn-r9864] Purpose:
Update.

Description:
Update hdf5/src/H5Tinit.c as PABLO was removed from the source.

Solution:
Remove the following codes from H5Tinit.c:
#define PABLO_MASK      H5T_init_mask

Platforms tested:
Visual C++ 6.0 on Windows XP/2000.

Misc. update:
Remove the following empty directories in all.zip:
hdf5\src\zlib\
hdf5\src\zlib\dll\
hdf5\test\ragged\
hdf5\test\raggeddll\

These folders were generated by Winzip to save path information for files from recursed folder.  We need to manually removed these empty folders.
