[svn-r15057] Purpose: Fix Windows project libtestdll module path Description: The source file tf.f90 now produces a module error_handler.mod, which was being created in a wrong directory. As a result, Visual Studio couldn't find it, and building failed. This corrects the module path of libtestdll project. Tested: VS2005 on WinXP
