[svn-r14853] Purpose: Comment-out 2 windows-specific tests Description: Vailin has been working on some new tests for converting Windows paths. She found a bug that is making these two tests fail, but didn't have time to fix it. We've commented out the two tests until she has time to fix the bug. This won't affect other platforms because it's Windows-specific code. Tested: VS2005 on WinXP
