[svn-r29332] Removed -Wunreachable-code from the gnu C++ flags.
This flag generates a large number of spurious warnings in our code
so we've disabled it for now.
Tested on: 64-bit Ubuntu 15.10 (Linux 4.2.0 x86_64) gcc 5.2.1
