hdf5_msb

[svn-r18366] Binh-Minh integrated dsets.cpp into testhdf5.cpp.  I changed the make file accordingly.  I'll wait
for her to check into the 1.8 branch to make the same change in 1.8. 

Tested on OpenVMS.
