[svn-r10535] Purpose: Spliting Test Description: Split test/dtypes.c because it's so big. Moved all integer-integer, floating-floating, integer-floating, floating-integer, derived integer, derived floating conversion tests to a new test program, dt_atomic.c. The test remains the same basically. Platforms tested: fuss and h5committest Misc. update: MANIFEST
