[svn-r17454] Bug fix. (Daily test failure). Generic function name is used but that would fail when v16API is used. Changed the H5Dcreate() and H5Acreate() to v18 names as H5Dcreate2() and H5Acreate2(). tested: jam (regular and --with-default-api-version=v16).
