[svn-r9793] Purpose:
Bug fix.

Description:
Remove 2 redundant files from all.zip.

Solution:
Remove explorer.lnk and desktop.ini from all.zip.
(I do not know why these 2 files were included in all.zip, but these 2 files are not related to HDF5 and should be removed.)

Windows 2000/XP.
