Purpose:
Bug fix

Description:
Some platforms (Windows) don't have the long long type, which causes automatic
Fortran type matching to fail.
A solution is to use HDF5's long_long type.

Solution:
Changed H5match_types.c to use long_long type.  Moved definition
of long_long out of H5private.h and into H5public.h.

mir, copper, pommier
