[svn-r19008] Purpose:
Fix some tagging issues.
Description:
- changed H5Gcreate to H5Gcreate2 in the cache_tagging.c
test file to work properly with 1.6 API default
mapping turned on.
- Added FUNC_ENTER/LEAVE_*TAG macros to the
H5G_stab_valid function.
Tested:
gandalf, jam, amani (w/ production mode, 1.6 API mapping)
