Purpose:
	Bug Fix

Description:
	The flags for the linker on MacOS X were invalid.

Solution:
	If this is a darwin platform (MacOS X), then don't specify the
	runtime linker flags.

Platforms tested:
	MacOSX (since it only affects it...)
