	Includes private headers instead of public in order to use the
	`UNUSED' macro.

./src/H5FDpublic.h
	Includes H5public.h just in case.

./src/H5P.c
	Removed two unused variables in H5P_copy()

./src/H5FDgass.h
	Fixed a C++ comment after a `#endif'

./src/Makefile.in
	The H5FDgass.h file is public and must be installed in order for
	applications to be able to use HDF5.

./tools/h5tools.c
	Removed an unused variable.
